Reporting to ReArch’s Director of Field Operations and working under the supervision of the site Superintendents, our Carpenters may work on a variety of tasks depending on experience and the particular project including wood framing, metal framing, installing residential or commercial doors and hardware, windows, trim, cabinets, specialties, temporary enclosures, and other task to support the construction activities. Using tools safely and efficiently, maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order, and adhering to ReArch’s high safety standards is critical. The typical pay range for this position is $24-38/hour depending on experience. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field highly preferred. Desired experience includes rough carpentry, casework, millwork, gypsum wallboard (GWB) installation, wall patching and painting, doors, frames, hardware, and general construction knowledge. Candidates must be skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools, and have a good understanding of safety procedures and guidelines. This position is physically demanding and requires constant standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
