Duties • Execute remodeling tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall installation. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities. • Install cabinets, doors, flooring, tiles, and glass as part of the remodeling process. • Conduct restoration work on existing structures while ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration. • Provide input on construction estimating and management processes based on hands-on experience. Qualifications • Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields is essential. • Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating techniques is a plus. • Strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and tile work are highly desirable. • Ability to perform cabinet installation with precision. • Experience in flooring installation and tile laying is beneficial for comprehensive project execution. • Must possess effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. • A commitment to safety practices on the construction site is mandatory.
