About the position The Wound Care Nurse at Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) in Opelousas, LA, is responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a new healthcare facility. This role involves supervising patient care, administering treatments, and monitoring wound healing progress, all while ensuring compliance with established protocols and regulations. The position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' health and independence in a supportive environment.
