Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee all carpentry activities on residential construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. • Serve as the primary point of contact for carpentry-related matters during each project. • Supervise, mentor, and train carpenters, apprentices, and laborers. • Interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute work. • Perform hands-on carpentry, including framing, trim, cabinetry, decking, and door/window installation. • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality at every stage. • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain schedules and resolve conflicts. • Communicate with clients regarding project progress, materials, and design options. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
