As an Senior Capital Project Manager, you will lead the execution of capital projects within our Jackson, TN, plant. External teams include Engineering and Construction Management Service Providers, Consulting Firms, Equipment Vendors, and Co-manufacturers. • Financial Responsibility— Understand and apply Kellanova financial policies related to classification, asset set-up, and automation guidelines, with a focus on project justification and productivity metrics. We’re Looking for Someone With • High school/GED with relevant technical experience. • Experience in directly supervising contractors. • Proven experience in defining and leading project execution under multiple contracting strategies. • Strong technical aptitude in both mechanical and electrical disciplines. • Capable of reading drawings and working with AutoCAD • Proficient in Microsoft applications and other project management software. • Demonstrated strong project fundamentals and work processes (cost/schedule tracking, change management, risk identification, options analysis, etc.). Compensation The annual salary range is $136,600 - $179,340, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill.
