Heavy Equipment Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities • Interact with customers regarding all their service needs, actively listening to their concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. • Create work orders with detailed information to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance are performed. • Distribute repair orders to the Service Manager for technician assignment. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent. • 3+ years of experience in Automotive or Heavy-equipment dealerships. • Familiarity with small and large Agriculture equipment preferred. Qualifications • Strong personable skills. • Willingness to learn and grow within the position. • Mechanical knowledge. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Working Conditions • Able to move around the dealership building and grounds without assistance. • Ability to repeatedly bend, crouch, kneel, stand, reach, grasp, crawl, walk, push, pull, or climb. • Lift 10 pounds regularly, lift up-to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift 65 pounds.
