Overview We are seeking an experienced WORKING Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction sites effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate various aspects of construction operations while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations. Duties • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. • Will report to Project Manager. • This is not an office job; it will be onsite with your crew. • Oversee project scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. • Computer skills to prepare project documentation and reporting (Daily and weekly) • Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction processes on site. • Able to stand for long period of time and lift 50 lbs • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements. • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project manager to facilitate smooth operations. • Provide regular updates to project manager and owners regarding progress, challenges, and solutions. Requirements • Proven experience in construction site supervision. • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills. • Knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • To work with your crew to stay on deadline and to demonstrate how to properly do the job. • CDL would be helpful but not required. Job Overview The Maintenance Clerk plays a vital role in the maintenance function, providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
