Responsibilities • Perform tasks required for ground up construction of structures. • Restore and maintain existing structures, ensuring longevity and safety. • Conduct construction task, handling material and installing materials. • Manage tasks on the construction site, work with other trades as necessary. • Assist in construction management by providing input on project timelines and resource allocation. • Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks. • operate equipment for light dirt work and landscaping. • Perform basic plumbing work as needed, ensuring all installations meet local codes. Experience • Proven experience in multiple trades including, carpentry, construction, remodeling, and plumbing work is preferred. • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the construction industry. • Ability to read blueprints, follow installation instructions and technical drawings is an asset. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. • Previous experience working on construction sites is required.
