Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide technical support for our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
