We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter in Greer, SC. The ideal candidate brings precision, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to every project. You will work on a variety of unique, high-end residential projects, contributing to detail-driven construction while maintaining job site safety, quality, and efficiency. Schedule: • Consistent 40-hour work schedule: Monday – Friday Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities: • Job-site Prep – prep and protect the job-site prior to beginning job • Job-site Clean-up – keep job-site clean throughout the duration of project • Fine Carpentry – Detailed trim outs of cabinets, built ins, and other custom woodwork finishing • Fixture installation - install plumbing and electrical fixtures • Demo – remove existing walls, cabinets, plumbing and electrical as needed • Framing – install non-load bearing walls and load bearing walls • Trim, Caulking and Filling – install doors, windows, trim and finishing out work • Punch list – upon completion of job, ensure all small items are taken care of • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements. Requirements: • Experience: 3+ years in the residential construction industry, specifically within the high-end luxury market. • Mechanical Skills – ability to work with a variety of tools and machines. • Math Skills - ability to measure materials to be cut and installed. • Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors. • A positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills/techniques • Prior experience with custom cabinetry and furniture-making. • Knowledge of different wood types, finishes, and their properties.
