Desired experience includes rough carpentry, casework, millwork, gypsum wallboard (GWB) installation, wall patching and painting, doors, frames, hardware, and general construction knowledge. Candidates must be skilled in the use of power tools and hand tools, and have a good understanding of safety procedures and guidelines. This position is physically demanding and requires constant standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
