As a key team member, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing pole barns, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our client's satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Construct and repair pole barns according to established standards, specifications, and blueprints. Safely operate hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and heavy machinery. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in pole barn construction. Excellent carpentry skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in safely using hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and heavy machinery. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel during the week. Per diem offered Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and periodic screenings are standard. Restoration Technician - Finish Carpenter

Arrow is growing into the Dickinson North Dakota area and we're looking for an experienced full-time Restoration Technician (Finish Carpenter) to join our restoration/reconstruction team. Arrow Service Team is the leader in the disaster restoration industry in North Dakota, based out of Bismarck North Dakota. We handle a wide variety of carpentry restoration jobs. What makes this position unique is that it entails restoring a property to its pre-state/pre-loss look rather than new property construction. If you are a seasoned veteran, you won't get bored with the many different projects we handle on a daily basis. If you are newer to the profession have some experience, we have a team of skilled carpenters ready to share their knowledge. Training will be in Bismarck ND with our experienced restoration/reconstruction team and will gravitate towards Dickinson ND. Hotel room will be covered and a nightly per diem provided. Training is fully paid and on-the-job with our experienced restoration/reconstruction team. Expected core training is 2 to 3 weeks but depends on overall progress. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Interpreting job specific workorders and blueprints created by various Project Managers • Ensuring accurate measurements and cuts to avoid waste and to ensure a smooth fit and finished product • Installing and repairing molding, including baseboards, crown molding, and door and window casing • Installing and setting doors and windows • Setting cabinets and counter tops • Completion of punch list items for finalization • Maintaining a clean and safe work area Other carpenter duties (as needed) include: • Drywall • Flooring • Sub-flooring • Framing • Assisting other reconstruction specialists (carpenters), the demolition and/or mitigation when needed Experience and Skills: • Carpentry experience (2 plus years preferred, but willing to train the right person) • Individual must be familiar with aspects of the carpentry profession, including proficient use of power tools and strong knowledge of building materials • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and precision • Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team setting • Ability to problem solve and adapt to unexpected challenges or changes • Ability to be professional, act with integrity, and have the ability to show empathy Physical Demands: • Lift (constantly) 5-15 lbs., lift (frequently) 15-40 lbs. • May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull • Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling • Ability to work in confined spaces (occasional) • Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild to moderate cold/heat. • Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent.
