Responsibilities: - Perform various carpentry tasks including but not limited to tile laying, stucco, masonry, concrete forming, siding, construction painting, installation, and mold remediation. - Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and requirements for projects. - Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to project plans and specifications. - Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, countertops, and flooring. - Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Skills: - Proficient in various carpentry techniques including tile laying, stucco application, masonry work, concrete forming, siding installation, construction painting, and mold remediation. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. - Strong knowledge of different types of materials used in carpentry work. - Excellent measurement and mathematical skills for precise cutting and shaping of materials. - Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in carpentry work. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during projects.
