Qualifications • Proven experience in construction or the restoration industry is preferred. • Strong skills in carpentry, including woodworking, metal stud framing, and assembly tasks. • Familiarity with construction painting techniques and plumbing basics is a plus. • Ability to operate CNC machinery is an advantage for fabrication tasks. • Knowledge of caulking, stucco application, and electrical experience is beneficial. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. • Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. • Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting and long hours on-site.
