Essential Qualifications: • Must possess a comprehensive understanding of technical diagrams and notations. • Demonstrate superior communication and leadership capabilities. • Cultivate and hone organizational prowess and flexibility in adapting to shifting field demands. • Be capable of autonomous decision-making without direct oversight.
