RNWBL does not sponsor work visas for this role. Applicants who do not meet this eligibility requirement will not be considered. Wind Technician II As a Wind Technician II, you'll take a lead role in troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and inspections on a Canadian project wind site. This position is ideal for experienced field technicians seeking growth and autonomy. What You’ll Do • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines. • Lead component troubleshooting and minor corrective repairs. • Document service activity and parts usage using digital systems. • Train junior technicians in safety and maintenance practices. • Coordinate logistics for site maintenance and project work. • Communicate technical issues and resolutions to leadership. • Collaborate with Inventory Control to ensure necessary parts and consumables are available. • Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation schedule. Qualifications / Requirements • 2+ years of wind turbine maintenance experience. • GE 1X, 2X LOTO Certifications preferred. • GWO Certifications and GE-specific training desired. • Solid understanding of turbine systems and safety protocols. • Ability to work independently and respond to travel needs on short notice. • Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions. • Valid driver’s license. • Must live or be willing to relocate within 1 hour of the site. • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or project support. Eligibility Requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. RNWBL does not sponsor work visas for this position. • Successful completion of background check, MVR, and drug screening required. Physical and Environmental Requirements • This role involves working at heights, in confined spaces, and in variable outdoor conditions. • Technicians must maintain physical stamina and adhere to all site-specific safety procedures, including participation in a rotating on-call schedule. Senior Commercial Associate (Director)

You will play an important role in: Your role and responsibilities will be as follows: • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of financial agreements, such as power purchase agreements (PPAs), off-take agreements, and investment term sheets. • Structure and negotiate joint ventures and partnerships. • Analyse offtake opportunities and inform bid strategy. • Utilize financial modeling tools to assess renewable energy projects and complete the initial project models following Boralex's investment criteria to provide guidance to management. • Work with analysts to manage financial models for all stages of greenfield development assets, including early-stage development, supporting offtake bidding and structuring, financing, and construction-related matters. • Prepare comprehensive business cases for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and potential project partners. • Prepare materials for Investment Committee review and present results to senior management. • Collaborate and work closely with subject matter experts (including finance, accounting, tax, engineering, construction, legal and operations) as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure that the project model properly reflects development findings and is up to date and accurate for bids, strategic analysis, and financing processes. • Adapt existing financial models to project-specific requirements and structures. • Perform market analysis on macroeconomic and regional trends, including impacts of regulatory reforms, market rules, long term energy prices, interest rate environment, and their effect on the viability of the projects. • Support bid submissions, execution, and closings. To succeed in this position, you need: • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred (Finance or MBA). • 4 to 8 years of experience in power, utilities, renewable energy, M&A or project finance. • Excellent analytical skills. • Strong commercial and financial acumen. • A keen interest in renewable energy trends and developments in North America. • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) and excellent communication and influencing skills. • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to present complex, technical topics to internal and external audiences of various sizes and knowledge levels. • Comfortable manipulating existing financial models and adapt them to specific projects and structures. • Experience working on large projects with multiple stakeholders on tight timelines. • Ability and desire to learn and take on responsibility quickly. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). • Self-sufficient and attentive to detail. • Meticulous, versatile, creative, and resourceful. • Mindful of confidentiality requirements and corporate image. Senior Energy Markets Analyst

You will play an important role in: • Review, challenge and validate assumptions and results from long-term wholesale energy price forecasts from consultants, to support strategic investments decisions. • Developinternal price forecasting capabilities in the short-term (1-24 months) to long-term (25+ years) for energy and different products including congestion, capacity, ancillaries, renewable attributes. • Conduct power flow modelling to analyze transmission constraints and grid reliability for both short-term operations and long-term planning scenarios. • Develop tools and models to streamline the collection, management, and reporting process for large datasets and power market modeling results. • Conduct manipulations ofenergy price forecast to incorporate generation profiles, price basis, curtailments, pricing peak types, etc. • Collaborate on wholesale market risk analysis (both short- and long-term) including regulatory, policy, technical, and other risks that affect the value and risk of our portfolio as it relates to merchant market revenues. • Assist our greenfield development origination teams to analyze new site locations in terms of merchant revenue potential, including congestion and curtailment and deliverability to load. • Provide economic analysis and guidance to our development, M&A, asset management, and finance teams. To succeed in this position, you need: • 3-5 years of direct experience in electricity market modeling and analysis. • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, economics, finance, mathematics, physics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • Knowledge of North American wholesale and natural gas markets and with ISO/RTO market rules, tariffs, protocols, and procedures. • Proficient in using production cost modeling software such as PROMOD, PLEXOS, UPLAN, or other similar analytical tools. • Proficient with programing languages such as Python, R, SQL, or MATLAB. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
