Job Description Join UL Solutions as Project Manager, driving Independent Engineering (IE) and Technical Advisory (TA) services for onshore wind project financing, sales, and acquisitions. Be at the forefront of wind energy advancements while collaborating with top-tier clients and a multi-disciplinary team. The role can be hybrid or remote in the United States. Responsibilities • Manage the implementation of onshore wind projects. • Act as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks. Manage the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly. • Interface with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance, and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures. • Manage stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly. • Adhere to program and project governance (controls). • Plan the overall project and monitor the progress. Performs daily project management throughout the project's life cycle. • Manage the projects budget and financial performance. • Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. • Manage and utilizes resources. • Align the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager. Qualifications • At least 4 years of experience as a project manager in onshore wind energy due diligence, project development, construction, equipment supply, operation or mergers and acquisitions. • At least bachelors-level education and core competence in a relevant field, e.g., mechanical, civil or electrical engineering, construction management, operations and maintenance, commercial, legal, finance, business • Strong written and communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work in a team environment and successfully manage multiple complicated projects. Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
