The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to fabricate and assemble components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform welding tasks using various methods including MIG Welding to fabricate and assemble metal structures. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and requirements. Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety regulations are followed. Requirements: FCAW welders (flux-cored arc welding) and MIG/GMAW welders (gas metal arc welding) are highly encouraged to apply Proven experience in welding with knowledge of various techniques including soldering and machining. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with operating forklifts is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication processes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
