Job Description Job Description $18 - $24 an hour - Full-time Full job description La Pato is a manufacture of Top-Of -The-Market hand made furniture crafted out of Metal & Wood We are looking to fill “Tacker”, “Welder” & “Fabricator” positions in our Metal department. Our tackers are responsible for following drawings/blueprints and instructions to tack weld fabricated parts together. Our welders then weld all pieces together to form strong durable bonds in our products. We use the following Metals: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Brass. Our Fabricators will Cut Materials, Help with assembly, Provide in process and final finishing to our products. We use the following Metals: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Brass. Most of our products are TIG welded but some of the manufacturing jigs, and shop equipment are MIG welded. We use State-Of-The-Art gear and Fabrication Technologies The positions we are looking for are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday ( On premises) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM., with occasional overtime offered and offer excellent growth potential. We are willing to train you to be excellent in your craft. If you think you are good- we will make you better. We are also open to arranging Part-Time positions for anyone that is in a trade-school or learning environment looking to work with experience world class craftsmen and make a transition to full time employment at some point Compensation will depend upon experience and skill level.
