RESPONSIBILITIES • Practice safe working habits and follow safety policy, procedures and Job Safety Analysis • Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality • Perform all position welding following prescribed procedures • Be able to position fabricated components in fit-up jigs and fixtures and use turning rigs when necessary • Responsible for the high quality of product and good safety habits • Responsible for the safety and training of others • Responsible for compliance with all documented procedures and employee handbook • Responsible for the quality and quantity of the finished product • Responsible for creating and maintaining a working team environment • Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping • Responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance on associated equipment • Responsible for safety, quality, and production with limited supervision • Able and required to weld all products within the business unit • Be willing to cross train and fill in as necessary in other department • Any additional tasks as requested by the Team Leader QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 1 year welding experience. • Able to read assembles, and welds from blueprints. • Prepares, assembles, and tacks weld parts and surfaces to be welded 7a-3:30p

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate can read and interpret shop drawings, layout and fit assemblies, and perform high-quality welds with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential.
