Schedule typically runs Monday - Friday from 6am - 2:30pm. What you will be doing Key responsibilities and functions may include, but are not limited to: • Preforming simple MIG and/or TIG welding and fabrication • Cut and shape metal materials using hand tools or machines • Assemble metal parts following blueprints or verbal instructions • Inspect and ensure quality of furnished products • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Assist with other shop duties as needed • Using a computer to track repairs and equipment • Will need to be able to lift 50 pounds, sustain frequent bending, and stand for an extended period of time What skills we are looking for: Qualifications • Basic welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred) • Ability to read and follow simple blueprints or instructions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Will need to be able to lift 50 pounds, sustain frequent bending, and stand for an extended period of time • Must be skilled with fabrication • Team player with organizational skills • Forklift experience is a plus but not required • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment • High school diploma or equivalent preferred Essential Functional Requirements: • Hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment • Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to work full time and first shift hours • Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic • Ensure equipment and company property is maintained in proper condition • Must be able to pass a pre-employment, random, and or post-accident/injury substance abuse screening • Use of safety gear is required • All necessary Personal Protective Equipment including, but not limited to, safety glasses, cut resistant gloves/sleeve, retractable box cutters, will provide along with the necessary training to maintain a safe work environment • About us* Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is a leading provider of industrial and environmental services throughout the Midwest. Welder (Production)

The Royal Group (TRG) currently has a position open for a Production Welder in Sidney, Ohio. The Production Welder is responsible for assembling pieces of metal together or repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metal into shape. Their duties include reviewing blueprints to include but not limited to squareness, dimensional tolerances and any other attributes defined in the specifications; perform spot and finish welding into the appropriate shapes. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION: • Read and understand blueprints/drawings. • Follow company safety, quality and plant rules and regulations. • Wire feed mig welding. • Grinding and assembly as needed. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Maintains positive working relationship with employees and peers. • Comply with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations. • Additional duties as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or GED, required. • Vocational/technical certification, preferred. • Fabricating preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Welding. • Read blueprints/drawings. • Ability to learn and follow instructions. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from local management team. • Ability to communication through written and verbal language. • Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. • Able to apply concepts of high school math. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Painting & forklift preferred but not required.
