In this role, you will construct Architectural products from Metal Stock and Laser cut Components, ensuring all pieces meet prints and specifications. This work will include everything necessary to go from prints to finished parts; including You must be able to read and follow schematics and adhere to a strict production schedule while always prioritizing safety. Responsibilities • Cut and or prep all necessary parts for the product. • Confirm measurements of parts and proper fit • Fixture and Weld out the product • Grind, polish and clean the product and prepare it for finish or shippng • Check products after production to ensure consistency and quality • Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues • Adhere to a strict production schedule Qualifications • Previous experiences as a Fabricator or in a similar position • Fabrication training or certification • Welding Training and competency in Mig, Tig and Stick of Steel, Stainless and Aluminum • Experience operating Fabrication and material handling machinery • Excellent manual dexterity and vision, ability to lift heavy materials safely • Highly detail-oriented • Strong organizational skills • Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints • Cad / Cam experience • Expertise in grinding and polishing metals after assembly to Architectural Standards
