Job Title: Welder Location: Dayton, OH Pay: $32–$34 per hour (DOE) Hours: 50–55 hours per week Must Have: • Up-to-date welding certifications up to 4G • Active driver’s license • OSHA 10 or higher certificate • Must pass pre-employment drug screen Position Summary: You must be able to set up welding machines and equipment; read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications; weld, cut, grind, and finish products; and inspect your work for accuracy and quality. Responsibilities: • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products • Install and repair various equipment and components • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications • Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance • Operate machinery such as forklifts as needed • Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: • 2–3 years of experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields • Familiarity with welding tools and procedures • Ability to handle physical workload • Ability to read shop drawings and follow verbal instructions • At least one year of experience welding with aluminum preferred
