Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and precision of our manufactured products, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities • Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and stick welding on various materials. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as cnc plasma table, and press brake machines for fabrication tasks. • Conduct assembly of components while adhering to ASME codes & standards. • Operate forklifts and cranes safely for material handling and rigging tasks. • Measure components using tape measures, and calipers to ensure precision in fabrication. • Execute pipe threading as required for specific projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols. Requirements • Proven experience in construction sites or manufacturing environments. • Proficient in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, and stick welding. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various fabrication machinery. • Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations. • Experience with rigging practices and safety measures related to lifting operations. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Previous experience with machining or plasma cutting is a plus.
