Location: Fort Loramie Employment Status: Salary Full-Time Function: Finance Req ID: 26202 ​ ​ Summary Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst at our Fort Loramie, OH Automation site. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the business activities of the site including all areas related to financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and supporting the accounting functions provided by the LEA Shared Services Center (SSC) as well as maintaining a strong internal control structure. The person in the position must have a proven financial and accounting background to ensure compliance with all the rules and regulations issued by Federal, State and local government. This position has contact with the Finance Manager, Sr. Finance Manager, Local Site Departments (Operations, Project Management, etc.), and Management as well as various corporate departments, customers, and vendors. What You Will Do As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the US Automation business platform development and implementation, including reporting and tools (i.e. Salesforce, Smartsheet, Epicor, HFM, RPA, SAP BW, etc.) Specific responsibilities include: • Prepare analysis and support to ensure proper project accounting treatment of revenue recognition on both a percentage-of-completion and completed contract basis: including the reporting of job costing, Work In Process reporting, and labor and overhead reporting. • Support the resolution of accounting issues, customer collections, vendor payments, non-routine transactions, invoicing, and other items as required. • Collect, prepare and evaluate analysis to support recommendations to Management and LEA Finance to reduce operating costs and increase efficiency. • Support the budgeting, forecasting, pricing, capital investments, inventory management, and departmental cost activities as well as ad hoc analyses. • Apply an understanding of the financial reporting, general ledger and departmental structures for the Fort Loramie site in alignment with all other LEA sites. • Support accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close reporting. • Interface with other departments to verify transaction reporting data and issues. • Perform special projects as needed or directed by management, operations and finance management. • Work in coordination with management and SSC to maintain proper accounting methods, policies and principles in accordance with GAAP, Corporate Reporting Standards, and Internal Controls • Support internal and external audit requests, as needed. • Positon is hybrid - 3-4 days per week on site at Ft. Loramie facility Education & Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 1 - 3+ years’ experience in Finance • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills • Excellent computer skills (Intermediate/Advanced Excel required) • Demonstrated proficiency with accounting and reporting systems • High attention to detail and accuracy Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer. What You Will Do Collaborate in a team environment to execute capital projects for manufacturing facilities in the Cleveland and Mentor areas. Take responsibility for the electrical aspects of projects, which may include design, documentation, equipment installation, project management, and support. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by managers within the Plant Engineering department. Education & Experience Requirements For level II: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience. For level III: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong desire to take ownership of tasks and deliver results. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Demonstrates good judgment, self-motivation, and a commitment to safety. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines. Flexibility to handle diverse assignments and adapt to changing priorities. Capability to perform hands-on work when needed and work collaboratively on the shop floor with employees and processes. Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, 70E, NFPA 79, and other technical codes. Experience with 2D CAD modeling; familiarity with AutoCAD/Vault is preferred. Willingness to occasionally work off shifts, travel between facilities in Northeast Ohio, and travel as required.
