MIG Welder/Fabricator

White Sign is hiring in our sign manufacturing department. Looking for experienced welders, primarily MIG welding aluminum and steel. Experience required, 2 years welding experience required, or recent completion of welding program. Starting pay range $18 - $30 per hour depending on experience, 40 – 50 hours per week. Based in Texarkana, White Sign, is a well-established regional sign manufacturer, in business for over 50 years. We’re financially stable and growing, with work under contract through 2027. We manufacture and install signage, canopies, and architectural elements for companies ranging from startups to national chains. Essential job functions are: • Ability to read and interpret assembly & assemble/installation prints • Ability to read a tape measure • Operate basic hand tools • Show up on time • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. • Other duties as required Qualifications: • Read, write and speak English. Physical Requirements: • Would be required to stand for 90% of the work schedule. • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. • May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers. Millwright/Welder

Job Title: Millwright/Welder Location: Texarkana, AR Hours: 6am - 4pm, M-F Pay: $18-20/hour Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced millwright/welder to join our team in Texarkana, AR. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, as well as performing welding tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair, as well as experience with welding and fabrication. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, pumps, compressors, and motors. • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs. • Perform welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. • Fabricate and modify parts as necessary. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed. • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a millwright or mechanic in an industrial setting. • Experience with welding and fabrication. • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. • Familiarity with various hand and power tools. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
