The majority of the welding in our facility is performed by robots, with MIG welders responsible for repair welds on thin carbon steel using wire-fed equipment. This is a production-based role with significant growth potential. Responsibilities • Perform repair welds on thin carbon steel using wire-fed MIG welding equipment. • Ensure quality and precision in all welding tasks. • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. • Adapt to a high-pressure, just-in-time production environment.
