2nd Shift TIG/MIG Welders BONHAM, TX Order: 33703 Order Type : Temp RPM Staffing is looking for experienced TIG/MIG Welders for a warehouse in Bonham, TX!! Shift: Mon-Thur 3:30pm-2am (some overtime may require longer hours or some Fridays) Pay: $17-20/hr DOE (Plus shift differential) Responsibilities: Properly set up and operate welder that include but are not limited to: Can complete all periodic machine maintenance, as detailed on the Preventive Maintenance Checklist. Able to accurately interpret the blueprint, all weld symbols, and the traveler. Able to apply this knowledge to the task being performed. Able to properly set up Tig and Mig weld machines, ensuring that all machine parameters are properly adjusted prior to beginning weld operation. Able to weld cold rolled, hot rolled, stainless steel and aluminum assemblies and sub-assemblies according to the print specifications. Set up and run production within the time limits developed on the traveler. Has the ability to point out errors on the traveler, blueprint, and weld fixtures to Supervisor. Able to use weld fixtures and other tools used in welding fit up. Accurately completes all documentation associated with the job prior to sending the parts to the next operation. Maintains Good Housekeeping Standards. Is a good team member by meeting all attendance requirements, safety requirements, and displays a positive attitude. Physical Requirements: • Able to handle parts up to 35 pounds. • Perform other tasks, within reasonable exertion limits, to assist other shop as required. • Stand for long periods of time. • Capable of safely operating a pallet jack. • May be asked to perform other tasks within reasonable exertion limits to assist other shop personnel in special circumstances.
