Maintenance Technician/Welder

Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Welder - $28-30/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. This role involves working with loaders, shears, grapples, skid steers, forklifts, and tractor/trailers. You will also perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment and engage in physical duties associated with operations. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. • Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment. • Prepare necessary documentation, including Bill of Ladings, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Tool Orders. • Operate conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, and PLCs. • Perform welding, torch cutting, grinding, and weld set-up. • Set up and break down machinery. • Assist operations by occasionally operating balers and heavy equipment. • Make decisions and solve problems under high stress situations calmly and safely. • Work independently without direct supervision. • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
