This all starts with our greatest asset…our employees. What You Will Be Doing: As a Heavy Equipment Welder you will be using TIG, MIG and Flux Core techniques to repair heavy equipment. Primary Responsibilities: • Using MIG, TIG and Flux Core welding techniques to repair damages to equipment • Weld secondary and supporting components • Test welds for leaks and complete spot welds where needed • Work with Quality Control to confirm all weld work is as required by specifications Additional Responsibilities: • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. • Additional duties as assigned by manager. Who We Are Looking For: To be successful in this position you should have a strong mechanical aptitude, training and experience with MIG, TIG and Flux Core welding and the desire to learn. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to work safely alone and around others is essential to this position as well. Education/Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications/Skills: • Minimum 1 year experience of MIG/TIG/Flux Core welding (work/hobby/volunteer) • Light and medium gauge fabrication experience • Able to max lift 50 lbs. without assistance • Successfully read tape measure and compute basic math Preferred Qualifications/Skills: • Interpret shop drawings • AWS Certification • Certified Flux Core welder • Technical Degree or Certification Values: At Yancey Bros. Pipe Welder - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is currently hiring Pipe Welders for Industrial Facility work in Albany, GA.! Current project to include new installation, replacement and upgrades of piping systems within Industrial facilities. Qualified candidates should have 5+ years’ experience, MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Weld test to be performed on site. Schedule is Monday- Friday, 50+ hrs./week for 6+ months, with consistent work to follow. Pay is DOE, starting at $30+ per hour. Per-diem is available for qualified travelers and is paid at $100.00/days worked with a daily minimum work requirement.
