REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • U.S. Citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. • Welding experience and AWS certification or have the ability to gain AWS certification. • High school diploma or GED and 10 years of directly related experience. • Must be able to work in a standing position for long period of time. • Certified forklift operator is preferred. • Will comply with all quality and safety standards and rules. • Complete work on time and under budget. • Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and proficiency at reading precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. • Must be able to problem-solve and work with engineering to determine fabrication options and plans. • Able to multi-task and work multiple requirements as needed. • Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications using precision measuring instruments. • Must be able to maintain tolerance and finishes to engineering and manufacturing specifications.
