Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blueprint reading and have experience with power tools and welding techniques. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. Responsibilities • Fabricate metal components using various power tools and equipment. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements. • Perform welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to assemble metal structures. • Solder and thread pipes as needed for specific projects. • Construct ductwork according to design specifications. • Utilize micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy in fabrication. • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements • Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role. • Proficiency in using power tools and welding equipment. • Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. • Familiarity with pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and soldering techniques is preferred. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
