Come join our Manufacturing team using brand new equipment in our brightly lit and clean work environment. This position is based at our facility in Fargo, North Dakota. This is a day shift position working Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30pm. Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for applying appropriate welding processes to create a variety of parts. You will operate and maintain welding tools and equipment in a safe and accurate manner to achieve quality and production standards. Duties and Responsibilities: ● Weld together metal components of products as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, work orders, weld procedures or verbal instructions using MIG welding ● Prepares, assembles, tacks and finishes weld parts as required ● Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area ● Notifies supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered ● Ensure production schedule completion and facilitate quality paperwork in accordance with company and customer standards ● Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task ● Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations ● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed ● Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality of finished product ● Performs other related duties as assigned Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: ● High School diploma or equivalent ● Previous welding experience or training preferred ● Thorough understanding of machines and tools used in welding including designs, uses, maintenance, and repair ● Basic understanding of techniques, principles, and tools necessary for the precise production of technical plans, drawings, models, and blueprints ● Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment ● Teamwork and strong communication skills ● Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work ● Robotic welder experience a plus ● Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs ● Knowledge of fitness industry a plus PRx Performance, LLC partnered with PRO Resources are Equal Opportunity Employers.
