Universal Electric PNW LLC is seeking an Energy Consultant to help homeowners reduce utility costs with renewable energy solutions. Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License (Required). • Customer Service Experience: 1 year (Preferred). • Door-to-Door Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred). • Bilingual (Preferred). Job Description: • Assist homeowners in reducing utility costs with renewable energy solutions. • Travel throughout the area with the Sales team and canvas neighborhoods. • Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through the energy transition process. • Daily responsibilities may include qualifying customers, managing leads, and closing contracts in-home. Compensation & Benefits: • Pay: $150,000 - $400,000 per year. • Bonuses: Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly incentives, with rewards such as company trips, self-development events, and contests. • Contract Type: 1099 contractor for tax purposes.
