Roof Tech I / II - Solar Division

Solar Project Coordinator/Assistant

Capstone Solutions is a construction telecommunications company with a solar development and installation division. We're currently seeking someone who loves fast-paced, ever-changing environments and is dedicated to producing quality work, to join our team in the Olympia area as a Project Coordinator for our Solar Division. Based out of the Pacific NW, we are focused on meeting the needs of our customers while encouraging work-life harmony for our employees and their families. Responsibilities: • Provide quality customer experience by always communicating with compassion and integrity. • Maintain communication between all parties involved in the solar project. (Owners, Finance Department, Drone Pilots, Design Engineer, Accounting, Sales and Install Teams) • Draft submit and gain approvals from local utilities. • Coordination of permitting for projects. • Use solar modeling tools to generate internal estimates. • Coordinate materials. • Manage and control change orders. • Coordination of solar installations. • Perform regular check-ins with Senior Project Manager to gauge project progress. • Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required. • Keep Salesforce up to date as projects move along. • Troubleshooting issues relating to installations. • Manage project schedule. • Schedule installation teams. • Sales support (Aurora). • Field customer calls. • Schedule and track warranty issues. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Capstone. Qualifications: • Strong organization skills. • Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Good work ethic and positive attitude. • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. • Able to pass a background check and drug test.
