Your main responsibilities are as follows: • Help develop the project strategy and guidelines, and ensure that they are followed and communicated to the project team. • Manage and monitor the project in accordance with Boralex's strategy and criteria for profitability, quality, and timeliness. • Reconcile the various issues (technical, environmental, etc.) to serve the scope of the projects. • Mobilize and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team using matrix management. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams (technical, construction, legal, finance, etc.) to encourage employees to find optimal solutions. • Promote Boralex's values in its outreach to communities and partners. • Conduct commercial negotiations with the support of the technical team and the SVP, EPC, North America. • Ensure that the OHS structure is implemented in collaboration with the site teams. • Monitor the progress of mandates and compliance with deadlines, and take corrective measures if necessary. • In collaboration with the project control team, implement cost and schedule estimation tools according to the specificities of each project. • Prepare reports on the status of projects and the overall progress of engineering files. • Coordinate the transition of the project from execution to operations. • Prepare the documents required for the various committees.
