Hours: · 2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am Pay Rate: · 2nd Shift - $17/hour + $0.60/hour shift premium Duties: · Set up saw machines · Load tubes onto saws · Operate saws · Perform quality checks using tape measures, rulers, and micrometers o Verify tube thicknesses and outside diameters · Cross reference blueprint and shop order for material length specifications · Receive in raw material against PO · Utilize BPCS system · Stock material in designated locations · Visually recognize tubing type (SAE Spec, Seamless, VS Welded Etc.) · Data entry · Inventory control · Work collaboratively to resolve any quality or process issues Note: This job analysis in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
