Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm (4-day work week) – Overtime as needed Pay: $25.00 an hour Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Metal Fabricator to join a locally owned and growing team in Neenah. This is a hands-on position offering variety, stability, and the chance to work on unique fabrication projects both in the shop and occasionally out in the field. The right candidate will bring a solid work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing quality, precision work. Responsibilities: • Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to drawings and specifications. • Operate saws, presses, grinders, and plasma cutters to shape and prepare materials. • Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding as needed to meet production standards. • Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality guidelines. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Assist on job sites when needed, representing the company with professionalism. • Follow all company safety procedures, including those for working at heights. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training in welding or fabrication is a big plus. • Experience helps but we’re willing to train motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic and genuine interest in the trade. • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (we’ll help you sharpen these skills). • Pride in your work and attention to detail. Quality matters here! • Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work safely in both shop and field environments. • Comfortable working in different environments and occasionally at heights. • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. Position is open to experience Press Brake Operators, Laser Operators, and Welders. Don't have any experience? NO PROBLEM! No experience is necessary as we offer paid on-the-job training with our skill-based pay system. This means that you will receive additional compensation for every skill that you complete. Starting pay is $17.85 per hour. Additional pay based on experience This is a weekend position working Friday - Sunday from 6:00am-6:00pm. Work 36 hours but get paid for 40! Position Description: Fabrication Technicians are cross trained to setup, program, and run all of our machines which include lasers, turret, EMLK, press brakes and weld. Fabrication Technicians will learn to read and interpret blueprints, use measuring equipment, handle materials, troubleshoot, perform quality inspections, and perform preventative maintenance. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each skill satisfactorily.
