Parts Fabricator Job Description We are hiring Parts Fabricators to join our client's team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This hands-on position is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals experienced with power tools and fabrication equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and fabricate high-quality structural fiberglass parts using mechanical and pneumatic tools, measuring, drilling, cutting, and deburring raw materials for assembly. • Interpret engineered drawings and work independently or as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Maintain inventory of common stock parts, including brackets, clips, and spacers. • Use shop math to mark accurate dimensions on components and follow engineered drawings, material lists, and blueprints. • Contribute to a positive team environment and support general shop operations, reporting safety concerns and associate issues to leadership. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. • Comfortable with hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and routers. • Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, tape measures, and squares. • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with basic math skills including fractions and decimals. Physical Requirements: • Stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly throughout the shift. • Lift 1–10 pounds frequently, 10–50 pounds occasionally, and up to 80 pounds with assistance.
