Sheet Shop Laborer / Pre-Apprentice – 2nd Shift

Muza Sheet Metal Company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for a Sheet Shop Laborer / Pre-Apprentice – 2nd Shift to join Team Muza! No experience necessary – training and tools will be provided! This position offers the opportunity to transition into our long-standing, highly respected Apprenticeship Program. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed. We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Oshkosh facility. This role is essential to keeping our materials organized, our teams equipped, and our jobs on schedule. Youll manage warehouse staff, coordinate with the shop and field crews, and ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate flow of materials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and supervise warehouse staff and material handlers • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect materials • Maintain accurate inventory counts and staging for field crews • Coordinate daily loading and delivery of jobsite materials • Partner with fabrication and project management teams to ensure readiness and prioritize work • Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized facility • Track material usage and delivery timing; escalate issues to the purchasing team when needed • Recommend and implement process improvements to support company growth • Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • 3+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience (construction or manufacturing preferred) • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Effective communication and team leadership skills • Proficient with inventory systems or ERP tools • Forklift certification (or willing to obtain) • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical, fast-paced environment GENERAL EMPLOYMENT CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITES: • Promote and encourage the organizations Mission, Vision, Values, and philosophy • Attendance on the job, as well as to trainings, continuing education, and meetings as scheduled.
