Key Responsibilities • The Sheet Metal Journey man will assemble, install and repair sheet metal products and equipment such as ductwork, fittings, fans, dampers and air distribution. • Install duct, accessories and equipment at the jobsite according to blueprints and specifications. • Proper and safe use of hand tools and portable power tools. • May be required to work with Sheet Metal Helpers and Apprentices to provide training, oversight and instruction to ensure teammates are performing tasks safely, per SMACNA and project specifications. • Must be able to take direction, be accepting to change and strive for continuous improvement.
