We are seeking a highly skilled Master/Experienced Plumber with a working knowledge of HVAC systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and performing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Experience with HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) is a strong plus and will support cross-functional team operations. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, gas lines, and fixtures. • Diagnose plumbing issues using tools and equipment to identify and fix problems efficiently. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. • Lead plumbing crews on job sites; supervise journeymen and apprentices as needed. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects. • Collaborate with HVAC technicians to assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems. • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC components including ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation units. • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure job satisfaction. • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working order. Qualifications: • Valid Master Plumber license or willingness to obtain license in Kansas. • 5+ years of plumbing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. • Working knowledge of HVAC systems and components. • EPA certification (preferred) for HVAC work involving refrigerants. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong understanding of plumbing and HVAC codes and safety practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: • Experience in hydronic heating systems or radiant floor heating. • Familiarity with HVAC troubleshooting tools and software. • Basic electrical knowledge related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
