Our technicians are expected to listen to the customer’s needs and offer quality solutions. Must have the ability to diagnose, fix, and install residential plumbing fixtures with quality craftsmanship. Our plumbers are well-versed in all stages of plumbing; including faucet repairs, leak searches, toilet replacements, garbage disposals, water heater installations, recirc pumps, gas piping, and remodeling projects. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate must currently hold a current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License and Driver's License. Clean driving record required. Must have a positive attitude and be customer orientated. Someone with strong problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues. • Drainage systems: The ability to clear clogged pipes and drains using tools like augers and hydro-jetting systems. • Water heaters: Competence in installing, maintaining, and repairing tank and tankless water heaters, including an understanding of gas and electrical lines. • Fixture installation: Knowledge of how to properly set up and connect faucets, toilets, sinks, and showers. • Code compliance: A thorough understanding of all local and state plumbing codes to ensure installations are safe and meet regulatory standards. • Tool proficiency: Expertise in using a range of specialized plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment, including wrenches, cutters, inspection cameras, and water pressure gauges. • Physical strength: The ability to lift and carry heavy materials, such as large pipes and water heaters. • Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for manipulating small parts and working with tools in confined spaces. • Flexibility and stamina: The endurance to perform tasks while kneeling, crouching, or working in uncomfortable positions for extended periods. • Problem-solving: The ability to diagnose plumbing issues quickly and think critically to devise effective and lasting solutions. • Communication: Clearly explaining issues, repair options, and costs to customers in an easy-to-understand way, especially during stressful emergency situations. • Time management: Effectively planning and prioritizing jobs to manage multiple appointments and complete work efficiently. • Professionalism: Being reliable, punctual, and courteous with customers, coworkers, and other tradespeople. • Attention to detail: A commitment to precise and high-quality work to prevent costly and time-consuming errors.
