What You’ll Do • Lead service calls and construction/remodel rough & trim to a luxury finish standard. • Diagnose and repair: leaks, fixtures, valves, water heaters (tank & tankless/Navien), recirc, filtration, DWV. • Remodel scopes: layout, UG, water distribution (PEX-A/Copper), venting, fixture sets, punch. • Gas work: LP/NG sizing, regulators, appliances, fireplaces, BBQs (preferred). • Read plans, coordinate with GC/designers, walk inspections, and close permits. • Mentor apprentices, uphold safety, document work (photos/notes), and delight clients. You Have (Requirements) • Master/Lead-level plumber experience in service and construction/remodel (5+ years). • Florida driver’s license + clean MVR; able to pass background/drug screen. • Proficiency with Copper sweat/ProPress, PEX-A, PVC DWV, fixture setting, and ADA/Florida code. • Professional appearance, strong communication, and customer-first mindset. Bonus Points (Preferred) • Gas piping & appliance startup (LP/NG). • Backflow testing/repair, camera/jetting, slab leak experience. • Foreman/leadership experience running a small crew.
