Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for both new construction and residential/commercial service projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and materials needed. • Perform tasks such as rough-ins, water line installation, fixture placement, drain systems, and final trim. • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions. • Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings accurately. • Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes on every job site. • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth project flow and satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in new construction plumbing and service work. • Solid understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. • Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment. • Physically capable of performing manual labor, lifting heavy materials, and working in a variety of environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
