Primary Responsibilities: Quality 1st Plumbing is searching for a customer service representative/dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher/CSR will be the first contact our customers have with Quality 1st Plumbing, therefore excellent customer service is required. They will also schedule & dispatch the technicians to service calls utilizing the field service software program FieldEdge. Responsibilities • Manage large amounts of incoming calls • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction (Schedule appointments for technicians, provide requested information, etc.) • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Assist each day with routing and scheduling jobs for the technicians • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents • Create Purchase Orders for parts needed to complete or schedule jobs. • Review mechanics work descriptions, editing as necessary before providing the final billing to the customer. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Maintain a strong rapport with all plumbers Skills • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. • Strong phone communication skills – pleasant, positive and the ability to listen to our customers. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in the English language. • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Knowledge of FieldEdge, Service Titan or similar service software is strongly desired. • Knowledge /experience in the Plumbing Industry preferred but not required.
