Job Description: Green Arrow is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Plumber and/or Plumber for our valued client in the Cape Coral, FL area. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties under the supervision of experienced plumbers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become a licensed plumber. • Monday - Friday (Saturday's if needed) - 7am - 4pm • Project will run through Monday, 9/8/25 until February, 2026 (MUST BE ABLE TO START ON MONDAY, 9/8/25) • Must have own transportation • $20 - $27/hour based on experience (Paid weekly) PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING - RESUMES MUST SHOW CURRENT AND SOLID WORK HISTORY TO BE CONSIDERED Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems. • Learn to troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify issues and perform repairs. • Perform basic plumbing tasks such as cutting, bending, and assembling pipes. • Assist with the maintenance of plumbing systems in both commercial and residential settings. • Help ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. • Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment. • Assist senior plumbers on job sites and learn from their expertise. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong interest in learning the plumbing trade. • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy materials. • Basic knowledge of plumbing systems is a plus, but not required. • Valid driver’s license and own/reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 2 years of commercial plumbing experience. • A state plumbing license. • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber, including supervisory roles. • Experience in multifamily and hospitality construction. • Solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations. • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • The ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy, results-driven team. • Reliable transportation and the ability to work in various weather conditions. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
