Main Responsibilities • Inspect, diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures with accuracy and efficiency. • Work with natural gas, propane, and electric water heaters (tank and tankless). • Service, repair, and install well systems, pumps, and water softeners. • Troubleshoot and service water, drain, and vent systems. • Perform work in a variety of conditions including attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments. • Provide customers with clear explanations of plumbing issues and offer repair or replacement options with integrity. • Educate customers on maintenance plans, warranties, and financing options when applicable. • Maintain professionalism and strong customer rapport to earn trust, referrals, and repeat business. • Travel to job sites using company vehicles and arrive on time, ready to work safely. • Keep work areas and vehicles organized, stocked, and clean. • Participate in team training, safety meetings, and ongoing education to stay up to date with codes and best practices. • Rotate in an on-call schedule for emergency plumbing services. Preferred Qualifications • Minimum 2 years plumbing field experience. • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and practices. • Comfortable with basic technology, including CRM software and digital invoicing. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
