Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. • Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing adjustments or installations. • The ability to accurately and effectively perform plumbing inspections • Maintain a clean and well organized work environment • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Provide field service support by responding to service calls and troubleshooting plumbing issues on-site. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job. • Extensive customer service skills • The ability to learn and progress as new technologies become available that are relevant to the trade Skills • Proficiency standard plumbing practices. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Experience in field service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving. • Competence in using hand tools specific to plumbing tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency during operations. • A solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all work performed. • A deep understanding of plumbing systems in order to train apprentices effectively.
