What You'll Be Responsible For: • Lead and manage day-to-day plumbing operations • Hire, train, coach, and hold your team accountable to performance goals • Conduct weekly technician ride-alongs and monthly 1:1s with each team member • Drive revenue and margin growth by managing job costs and technician productivity • Maintain accurate forecasting, job costing, and departmental budgets • Ensure technicians follow sales processes and offer good/better/best options • Monitor and manage departmental KPIs (call board, sales, leads, memberships, A/R, etc.) • Resolve customer issues same-day and maintain a focus on client satisfaction • Partner with dispatch, customer service, and branch leadership to improve workflow and results • Oversee safety training and reporting, ensuring a culture of safety and accountability • Support recruitment and participate in interviews and team planning • Review and approve invoices, payroll, and departmental expenses • Maintain compliance with local business and employment laws Requirements • Texas Master Plumber License (Required) • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a residential or commercial service environment • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and operational goals • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and service best practices • Ability to coach, mentor, and hold a team accountable to clear expectations • Understanding of P&L, job costing, and departmental budgeting • Solid computer skills (including use of tablets, service software, etc.) • Clean driving record and background check as required by insurance • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills Why Join McWilliams? • Competitive pay based on experience and performance • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays + vacation • Ongoing training and leadership development • A strong company culture focused on excellence, teamwork, and growth Next Step: In addition to applying, please complete our brief Culture Index Survey: Culture Index Survey Link
