Performs carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, carpeting, drop ceilings, painting and demolition duties. 10. Supervises outside contract on plumbing projects. 11. Signs for plumbing permits to support ongoing renovation projects. 12. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position. 13. Performs other duties as assigned.
